



NCHTA Points Qualifier I/P, P, T, PT, E, PE
To compete in a Championship division one MER* competition result must be achieved at an Equestrian Canada sanctioned competition in the year of the championship.
* MER (a minimum eligibility requirement) is achieved by completing a sanctioned competition within minimum parameters of all round performance as follows: Not more than 45 penalty points (55%) in the Dressage Test of FEI, Equestrian Canada or USEF Evening competitions. 0 jumping penalties at obstacles on the Cross Country Test, (activating one frangible/deformable device will maintain CMER result on cross country). Not more than 30 time penalty points in the cross country test. Not more than 16 jumping penalties at obstacles in the Jumping Test.

ENTRIES: I/P - $300 P -$275, EV1.05m - $265, T - $250, PT - $230, E- $210, PE - $200, Starter -$190. HST, drug, ambulance, and OEA levy included in entry. All levels please add $15 EC Levy. Late fee of $30 for any entry received after closing date (CD).
REGISTRATION: A copy of all current memberships must accompany entry form. Stabling & Camping Request must accompany entries when applicable. Email copies preferred. Please indicate SR, JR, or Open division on your entry form. Cheques made payable to: Wesley Clover Parks. Visa or Mastercard payments can be made over phone once entry is confirmed. Debit payments accepted on-site, No e-transfers. Please include an email address on your entry form as all communications will be electronic. Refunds: Before CD, less $30 admin fee with medical or vet's certificate. No refunds after CD.

1:00-4:00PM: Showjumping course/Dressage Rings will be open for $25 schooling rounds.
3pm: XC open for walking.

P-PE Dressage - All levels: Cross Country. Start times available online Thursday October 14.

P-PE Show Jumping - All levels: Start times available online Saturday October 15

Arenas: I/P & P – 20 x 60. T, PT, E & PE - 20 x 40m. All weather show rings and warm up.
CROSS COUNTRY: P- 2800m @ 520mpm, T- 2200m @ 450mpm; PT - 1900m @ 400mpm; E 1500m @ 350mpm; PE - 1500m@300mpm Terrain: Good galloping courses.
AWARDS: Ribbons to 10th. Prizes to winners in all divisions.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Brookstreet Hotel, 525 Legget Dr Ottawa, (613) 271-1800 Wesley Clover Parks Campground 411 Corkstown Road 613-828-6632. Any individuals wishing to camp on-site must be booked through secretary @ $50/night.
