Cancellations After Clinic Deadline Date:

No  refunds will be issued after the registration deadline date.   

A registered rider can find a substitute rider to take their spot and be reimbursed by that rider.   

Kelowna Riding Club will keep a waiting list of riders and will contact the riders on the list to inform them of an opening.   

In the event of a refund issued the administrative fee is non refundable.

Vet Certified Excusal  

In the event that a rider’s horse is lame and a veterinary exam report is provided, then 100% of the registration fee less the administrative fee will be refunded or credited (to be used within 12 months) 

Weather Cancellations

We ride, rain or shine.   The only time we have cancelled due to weather was due to a severe thunderstorm warning.   Otherwise we do not cancel or issue refunds for riders that wish to cancel due to wind, rain, snow, sleet or heat.
