Entries: 

$125 per entry. Make checks payable to HEC.  Please use the MeCTA event entry form or enter online. Negative coggins within 3 years in state and one year out of state and record of shots (F/R within 6 mos. and Rabies) required with entry.  Enter online at www.competeeasy.com Check our website and facebook page for online entry options.

Refunds: No refunds after closing date. 

Times: Ride times will be on facebook the Friday before. 

Awards: Ribbons to 6th place, divisions will be split junior/senior. 

Dressage: Warm up in indoor with Footing First European fiber, small dressage ring outside with Footing First “Travel Rite” footing. SJ: Warm up and course on grass. XC: Courses are all inviting for the level, water, ditches and banks appropriate for the levels. Mostly open fields with rolling terrain. XC will immediately follow Stadium rounds. Please wear XC attire to stadium. 

Stabling: Contact secretary for availability $50 per night on ground. 

Other: Dogs that are well behaved are allowed on leash only. Please pick up after your dogs. Unruly dogs will be asked to leave. Follow signs for parking and water sites. 

Directions: 444 Simpson Corner Rd. Dixmont. Take exit 167 from I-95 onto ME 143/ME 69 toward Dixmont, Etna. Go 4.7 miles on Simpson Corner Rd. After the sharp right turn, the farm will be just ahead on the right.
