Put your dressage skills to work with a Working Equitation clinic with Danee Rudy! Working Equitation is an equestrian sport that blends classical dressage fundamentals, real-world ranch skills, and obstacle navigation. Originating in Southern Europe to showcase field-working horses, the modern discipline focuses on precision, agility, and trust between horse and rider, and welcomes all breeds and riding styles. Working Equitation gives riders a set course and makes them think ahead. A relationship of discovery and trust develops between horse and rider as the “leader” emerges to guide the horse through challenging obstacles.
Danee Rudy is a positive "feel good" teacher that gets students to enjoy their horse in ways they never thought possible. She works with each horse and rider, where they are, to identify root issues blocking their progression. Being a menotr at heart, she helps riders with seat lessons, confidence, understanding the aids, rider bio-mechanics, equine bio-mechanics, timing of the aids, and more.
